Lavender Rhymes

On a night filled with violent and severe thunderstorms, a weird event occurred in the town of Stalkton, Neb. A little girl was born to a teenage unwed mother. Years later the little girl was led to believe her mother bled to death after the delivery. The little girl was named for the color of the robe her homeless and unidentified mother wore when she gave birth and died. The teenager had arranged to put her daughter up for an adoption or at least that is what the little girl was told.
